RSNA 2013: More Meaningful Than Ever
Now that it’s been a couple of days since my colleagues and I returned from the 99th Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting in Chicago, we’ve had some time to digest all of the conversations from the show floor, sessions and client meetings. With more than 55,000 attendees, 600 technical exhibits and hundreds of posters and educational sessions, there’s no question that RSNA remains among the world’s most prominent medical conferences.

A recent article on www.radiologymu.org shared some stats about Meaningful Use and radiology.  While the percentage of radiologists who have attested for Meaningful Use is still quite small (less than 12%), those radiologists who have attested have received a fair amount in incentive funds (more than $60 million).
