The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Service & Customer Support Portal allows Merge Heralthcare to offer a seamless communication from the moment a customer begins a relationship with Merge. The CRM application consists of a self-service customer portal that gives Merge users 100 percent management capability for their tickets on a 24x7 basis. Customers can now log a new case and view open and closed cases entirely online if desired. They also can search through the Merge Healthcare KnowledgeBase for related solutions on previously solved cases
