Justin Dearborn Justin C. Dearborn – Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Dearborn comes to Merge with diverse experience in operational, financial and legal roles. Since September 2006, Mr. Dearborn has served as Managing Director and General Counsel of Merrick Ventures, LLC ("Merrick"), an affiliate of Merrick RIS, LLC. Prior to Merrick Ventures, Mr. Dearborn spent over 9 years at Click Commerce, Inc. ("Click"), a publicly-traded software and services company that was acquired by Illinois Tool Works, Inc. ("ITW") in October of 2006. During the initial years of his tenure at Click, Mr. Dearborn served as Vice President and General Counsel, and, among other duties, was instrumental in its acquisition and business integration efforts. From 2003 to 2006, Click Commerce acquired and integrated eight software companies. Mr. Dearborn’s last role at Click was as the General Manager of a Click software and services business unit.
   
Nancy Koenig President of Merge Fusion. Ms. Koenig comes to Merge from Merrick Healthcare Solutions (a Merrick Ventures portfolio company), where she served as its CEO. Prior to joining Merrick Ventures in the fall of 2007, Ms. Koenig was the President of Click during its integration as a subsidiary of ITW. Nancy joined Click in 1999 as the Director of Business Consulting and held various positions, including serving as the head of Click’s European Operations, its Vice President of Product Operations and Marketing and its Executive Vice President – Operations. She became Click’s President in 2006.
   
Antonia Wells Antonia Wells – President of Merge OEM. Ms. Wells has over 25 years of business management experience, including leadership roles in IT, enterprise system implementation, process re-engineering and human resources. Since joining the Company in 1999, Ms. Wells has been responsible for Merge OEM’s contract management, quality/regulatory affairs, manufacturing, order management, professional services and internal infrastructure. Prior to taking the leadership of Merge OEM, she has served as its Vice President of Customer Operations.
   
President of Merge eClinical, Mr. DeVries is a serial entrepreneur experienced in building and financing high growth medical technology companies. Mr. DeVries joined Massachusetts General Hospital in 2007 to develop and launch Tele3D Advantage providing centralized 3D and advanced image processing services. For the previous 10 years, Mr. DeVries was co-founder and President of Supertron Technologies. Supertron spun out of Columbia University to commercialize novel MRI technology used in the clinical and pre-clinical markets. His experience includes general management, leading product development teams, forming clinical partnerships with leading medical institutions, licensing university and corporate intellectual property, initiating and establishing corporate partnerships, early stage financing, strategic corporate acquisitions, accounting and developing business growth strategies. He holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BS in Physics from Harvey Mudd College.
   
Paul Budak - Mr. Budak has over 20 years of corporate leadership experience in management, product development, IP licensing, business development and marketing and sales. Mr. Budak joined Confirma in 2005 as Vice President of Research, Development and Operations, successfully managing development of CADstream, the standard in MRI-CAD. Prior to joining Confirma, Mr. Budak was a partner at Encompass Ventures. He also held positions including President and CEO of PointOfCareware, Inc., Co-Founder and Vice President of Development of CereVision, Co-Founder and COO of Advanced Electroluminescent Sciences, Business Unit Director at BSQUARE Corporation, Chief Technology Officer of Stellar One Corporation and founding engineering team member of Neopath, Inc. At Neopath, Mr. Budak was instrumental in the development of the AutoPap, the first CAD system dedicated to pap smear evaluation available in the gynecology market. Mr. Budak also acted as faculty for the University of Washington’s Program for Technology Commercialization and continues to serve as an advisor to the technology transfer group. He earned his BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington; Mr. Budak’s post-graduate studies focused on medical image processing and development of a high-speed PACs oriented image processing system.
   

Jim Farrell is currently President of Merge Healthcare Telemedicine Solutions. Mr. Farrell came to Merge Healthcare from Olivia Greets (a Merrick Ventures portfolio company) where he was the company’s President. Before coming to Olivia Greets, Mr. Farrell held various marketing and managerial positions within ITW, most recently serving as the Business Manager for Duo-Fast Construction where he was responsible for the overall operations of the business. Prior to ITW, Mr. Farrell was a Strategic Account Manager during his tenure at EMC Corporation, a leading supplier of hardware, software and services in the data storage industry. Mr. Farrell’s received his Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University and his Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

   
Grace Feliciano - president of Merge Requisite division. Ms. Feliciano brings over fifteen years of extensive experience in leadership roles in global services management, business development, IT, sales and marketing. Prior to Ms. Feliciano joining Merge in 2009, she served as General Manager of Requisite Technology, formerly dba Click Commerce. Grace joined Click Commerce in 2000, serving in a variety of roles during her tenure. Prior to joining Click Commerce, she was Director of Enterprise Applications at Sachs Group, a provider of decision support solutions that help healthcare organizations improve clinical and business performance. Grace holds an MBA degree from University of Illinois and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science also from University of Illinois.
   
Steven M. Oreskovich – the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Oreskovich has served in a progression of roles at the Company, starting as its Vice President and Corporate Controller, then becoming as its Chief Accounting Officer and interim Treasurer and interim Secretary and most recently serving as its Vice President of Internal Audit. Before joining the Company, Mr. Oreskovich worked as an auditor at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Oreskovich holds a B. S. in Accounting from Marquette University.
   
Julie Pekarek - the company’s Chief Marketing Officer. Ms. Pekarek has spent her entire career in the healthcare industry, working on both the supplier side for Baxter International and GE Healthcare and the provider side for a Chicago hospital system. Throughout her career, Ms. Pekarek has concentrated on strategic planning, marketing and business development. Ms. Pekarek has spent several years in marketing roles at Merge Healthcare. Ms. Pekarek received her undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Chicago, and has a Masters of Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
   
Ann Mayberry-French was appointed General Counsel & Secretary in August of 2008. She became head of Human Resources in January of 2009. Ms. Mayberry-French comes to the Company from Modine Manufacturing Company where she served as Senior Counsel providing government contracting, litigation and business counsel for three years. Prior to joining Modine Manufacturing Company, Ms. Mayberry-French was the General Counsel and Secretary of Assurant Health responsible for litigation, contracting, regulatory work and lobbying. Ms. Mayberry-French has over 27 years of healthcare industry experience ranging from healthcare practice in tertiary care settings to managed care settings and insurance. Ms. Mayberry-French is a Registered Nurse and was employed as a Registered Nurse in Oncology Research and Cardio-Thoracic Intensive Care. After practicing as a nurse, Ms. Mayberry-French completed a Masters in Business and subsequently a law degree. She has been licensed to practice law in Kentucky, Ohio and Wisconsin for 20 years.
