Justin C. Dearborn - CEO & Director
Mr. Dearborn served as managing director and general counsel of Merrick Ventures, LLC (with its operating entities and affiliates, are referred to collectively to as “Merrick Ventures”) from January 2007 until his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Merge Healthcare on June 4, 2008. Prior to joining Merrick Ventures, Mr. Dearborn worked over nine years for Click Commerce, Inc. (which we refer to as “Click Commerce”), a publicly traded software and services company. From May 2003 until May 2005, Mr. Dearborn served as Vice President of Corporate Legal Affairs and Human Resources at Click Commerce. Mr. Dearborn was appointed corporate secretary of Click Commerce on May 2, 2003. Prior to Click Commerce, Mr. Dearborn worked at Motorola, Inc. where he specialized in intellectual property transactions and also held management positions in Motorola’s Semiconductor and Government Groups. Mr. Dearborn and holds a B.A. from Illinois State University and a J.D. from DePaul University. He has practiced law in the state of Illinois but no longer holds a license to practice law. Mr. Dearborn has served on our Board since his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Merge Healthcare on June 4, 2008. |

Nancy Koenig - Executive Vice President - U.S. Direct Sales
Ms. Koenig was appointed President of Merge Fusion in June of 2008 and Executive Vice President – North American Direct Sales in April of 2010. Ms. Koenig comes to Merge Healthcare from Merrick Healthcare Solutions (a Merrick Ventures portfolio company), where she served as its chief executive officer. Prior to joining Merrick Ventures in the fall of 2007, Ms. Koenig was the president of Click Commerce during its integration as a subsidiary of ITW. Ms. Koenig joined Click Commerce in 1999 as the director of business consulting and held various positions, including serving as the head of Click Commerce’s European Operations, its vice president of Product Operations and Marketing and its executive vice president – Operations. Ms. Koenig became Click Commerce’s president in 2006. |

Keith Stahlhut - Executive Vice President - U.S. National Accounts
Keith Stahlhut, is the Senior Vice President of National Accounts. Mr Stahlhut comes to Merge from AMICAS , where he most recently served as senior vice president of sales. Prior to joining AMICAS, Mr. Stahlhut was acting chief operating officer and senior vice president of sales at Emageon Inc. where he was responsible for all sales, service, and product-related activities. Mr Stahlhut has held senior sales positions at EMC Corporation, Data General Corporation and Unisys Corporation. Mr. Stahlhut holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Montevallo and a masters in public administration degree from the University of Alabama. |

Antonia Wells - Executive Vice President - Research & Development
Ms. Wells was appointed President of Merge OEM in June 2008 and Executive Vice President – Research and Development in April 2010. Prior to her appointment as President Merge OEM, Ms. Wells served as Merge OEM Vice President of Customer Operations since June 2005. Since joining us in 1999, Ms. Wells has been responsible for Merge OEM’s contract management, quality/regulatory affairs, manufacturing, order management, professional services and internal infrastructure. Ms. Wells has over 25 years of business management experience, including leadership roles in IT, enterprise system implementation, process re–engineering, and human resources. |

Paul Merrild - Senior Vice President - Marketing & Corporate Strategy
In his role as senior vice president of marketing, Mr. Merrild is responsible for all marketing and commercialization efforts for the entire suite of Merge product and services.
Prior to joining Merge in May 2010, Mr. Merrild served as the vice president of marketing at AMICAS, and also previously served as director of strategic partnerships for imaging IT solutions at GE Healthcare, where he was responsible for general management and marketing for all large commercial opportunities on a global basis. Additionally, while at GE, he served on the global product management team for core PACS product development. Mr. Merrild started his career in healthcare with Solucient, where he played a critical role in the development and marketing of software and information products and he also spent several years managing large scale IT consulting engagements.
Mr. Merrild holds a BA in economics and psychology from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Chicago with concentrations in finance, strategy, and entrepreneurship. |

James M. Farrell - Senior Vice President - Customer Support
Mr. Farrell came to Merge Healthcare from Olivia Greets (a Merrick Ventures portfolio company) where he was the company’s President. Before coming to Olivia Greets, Mr. Farrell held various marketing and managerial positions within ITW, most recently serving as the Business Manager for Duo-Fast Construction where he was responsible for the overall operations of the business. Prior to ITW, Mr. Farrell was a Strategic Account Manager during his tenure at EMC Corporation, a leading supplier of hardware, software and services in the data storage industry. Mr. Farrell received his Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University and his Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. |

Toni Skokovic - Vice President - Channel Sales
Toni Skokovic, Vice President of Channel Sales, brings 17 years of experience in software development, customer management and product management to his new role. Mr Skokovic most recently served as a key member of the Merge OEM executive team, working on strategic OEM relationships with a global customer base, and leading global product marketing strategy. Prior to joining Merge, Mr Skokovic worked in software development for publishing, logistics and financial industries. |

Jon T. DeVries - General Manager - Merge eClinical
Mr. DeVries is a serial entrepreneur experienced in building and financing high growth medical technology companies. Mr. DeVries joined Massachusetts General Hospital in 2007 to develop and launch Tele3D Advantage providing centralized 3D and advanced image processing services. For the previous 10 years, Mr. DeVries was co-founder and President of Supertron Technologies. Supertron spun out of Columbia University to commercialize novel MRI technology used in the clinical and pre-clinical markets. His experience includes general management, leading product development teams, forming clinical partnerships with leading medical institutions, licensing university and corporate intellectual property, initiating and establishing corporate partnerships, early stage financing, strategic corporate acquisitions, accounting and developing business growth strategies. He holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BS in Physics from Harvey Mudd College. |

Steven Oreskovich - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Oreskovich was appointed Chief Financial Officer in June 2008. Prior to his appointment as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Oreskovich served as our Vice President of Internal Audit since January 2007, as our Chief Accounting Officer and interim Treasurer and interim Secretary from July 2006 to January 2007 and as our Vice President and Corporate Controller from April 2004 to July 2006. Prior to joining our Company, Mr. Oreskovich served as vice president of finance and operations at Truis, Inc., a company that provided customer intelligence solutions for business–to–business enterprises, from April 2000 to January 2003. Prior to that, Mr. Oreskovich worked as an auditor at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP from September 1994 to April 2000. Mr. Oreskovich holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Marquette University and is a C.P.A. |

Ann Mayberry-French - General Counsel & Secretary
Ms. Mayberry-French was appointed General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in August of 2008 and also became responsible for human resources in June 2009. Ms. Mayberry–French comes to Merge Healthcare from Modine Manufacturing Company where she served as senior counsel. Prior to joining Modine Manufacturing Company in 2005, Ms. Mayberry–French was the general counsel and secretary of Assurant Health for seven years. Ms. Mayberry–French has over 27 years of experience in the healthcare and health insurance industry, including business management of managed care services and federal government contracting. Ms. Mayberry–French is a Registered Nurse and has been licensed to practice law in Kentucky, Ohio and Wisconsin. She currently maintains a license to practice only in Wisconsin, but is also admitted in Ohio and Kentucky. |
